The problem Concerning the translation

-for those who are going to do all the translation, please be aware of the stamps below.

-this is the situation that occured

1. the "Russian" stamp that present in your original certificate are not as same as the one in your photocopied (for the translation) cert.
2. The "Russian" stamp that present on your original certificate is to verify that this certificate is original and valid.
3. Then, the "Russian" stamp that present in your photocopied cert (for translation) is to verify that this is a true copy from the original cert.
4. The Russia Federation Ministry of Education request that they need to see "Russian" stamp that verify your cert is original and valid in your photocopied cert (for translation).
5. currently, all the SPM and UiTM cert have the same issue but since all the stamp that present in your original cert are correct and complete, you can do your translation in Moscow's translation center.

This stamp to verify that the photocopied cert are true copy from original cert which is now present on the photocopied cert (for translation).




This stamp is to verify that your cert is original and valid which is now present on your original cert.
